Your First Visit

Commitment

From the front office to the operatory room, our practice is made up of professionals who take your oral health very seriously. Using state-of-the-art equipment designed with safety and efficiency in mind, we are able to offer top-notch care.

Communication

We have comprehensive visual tools to demonstrate and explain procedures and assist you through the treatment process. By communicating clearly what you can expect during your treatment, we will make sure your diagnosis and understanding of the procedures are clear and concise. We respect and understand that many patients experience dental anxiety. We are often able to alleviate dental fear and provide you with a full understanding of your treatment plan.

What To Bring

Your initial appointment with Dr. Hudson will either consist of the procedure itself or a pre-operative consultation explaining your diagnosis and treatment options. For routine extractions and wisdom teeth removal, many patients prefer scheduling the surgery without a pre-operative visit. For more detailed or complicated treatment plans, a consultation appointment may be required.

Checklist of items to bring with you to your first appointment:

  •  New Patient Form
  • Copy of your medical and dental insurance cards, if available
  • Copy of driver’s license/picture identification card
  • Medication list, if applicable

IMPORTANT: All patients under the age of 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
